Questions
- Why do you ask for payment details for the free days?
- So the plan carries on without a break on day 8. Delete the account within the 7 days and nothing is charged.
- What is a viewer?
- Someone who can look at designs, Checks and reports but change nothing, such as your client or installer. Free on Team and Enterprise.
- What happens to my designs if I stop?
- They become read-only and you can export everything. They are deleted 90 days later, after three warnings.
- How does VAT work?
- Dutch businesses pay 21% VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay none (reverse charge). Charge Designer is for businesses only.
- Can I share one login?
- No. A licence is one person, and a new login ends that person's other logins. See the fair use policy.
- How do I pay?
- iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit or card, monthly or yearly. Enterprise pays on invoice.
- Can I use the same payment details for a new free period?
- Payment details of an account deleted less than 6 months ago can't start a new free period.
